Bioanalytical Associate III
1.) Develop ligand binding, complement and immunogenicity assays (MSD and ELISA) for large molecules (including antibodies)
2.) Optimize reagents and methods and execute pre-validation experiments
3.) Transfer assays, reagents and protocols to CRO for validation per FDA regulatory guidance and GLP
4.) Monitor progress at CRO, review data and reports
5.) Ability to multitask developing multiple assays, data analysis, and preparation of excel tables, graphs and PowerPoint slides.
6.) Provide progress updates to manager
1.) Experienced in large molecule/protein immunoassay development including quantitative MSD-based methods
2.) Working knowledge of protein conjugation including Biotin and Ruthenium conjugation
3.) Working knowledge of GLPs and GDPs
4.) Technically proficient at designing, optimizing and validating ligand-binding assays and preparation of technical documents (SOPs, validation reports, etc.)
Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
