Responsibilities
1.) Develop and validate novel quantitative assays for proteins (antibodies, anti-drug antibodies, enzymes, biomarkers), DNA and RNA
2.) Perform biophysical analysis of oligonucleotides and proteins, including protein-protein interactions
3.) Analyze data, graph, interpret and summarize results as well as present project updates to project team
4.) Represent department at project and cross-functional team meetings, multitask on diverse projects, and develop timelines and budgets
5.) Perform daily functions within a regulated GLP lab as well as manage assay development, validation and sample analysis at CROs
6.) Provide biweekly progress reports to senior staff
Skills:
1.) Significant experience in developing novel bioanalytical assays including solid-phase, solution and cell-based single and multiplexed assays.
2.) Expert training in biophysical and biological protein characterization, quantitation and chemical derivatization.
3.) Experienced in DNA/RNA isolation, characterization and quantitation (RT-qPCR and/or branched DNA)
4.) Proven track record of exceeding expectation as a project rep., cross-functional team player, multitasking, and delivering results within agreed upon timelines.
5.) Excellent organizational skills with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
6.) Experience in GLP/GDP and regulatory guidance (FDA/EMA) strongly preferred
Education:
1.) Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.)
2.) At least 2 years of academic post-doctoral experience
3.) At least 4 years of industry experience in biotech or biopharmaceuticals
preferably with at least 2 years of post-doctoral experience and/or biotech
industry experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
