Admin Assistant - temp to hire
Salary : 15/hr to start
Duties and Responsibilities
Regular use of Excel and internal reports to fulfill customer account research and facilitate data collation and manipulation for reporting needs.
Analyzing customer data/reports to ensure the quality and integrity of the information collected;
Day-to-day customer account management including, but not limited to: changes to customer rate schedules; facilitating the transition of new customers to the master database; processing other customer account transactions;
Identifying billing and enrollment errors through daily work processes and communicating such with the appropriate personnel;
Assisting in customer service efforts by investigating customer accounts/billing as necessary when requested by customer service staff.
Completing various projects and other work as needed.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel skills including the ability to work with formulas and other functions such as the VLOOKUP function;
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills;
Willingness to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment and act as a team player;
Ability to work under pressure at times and meet strict deadlines;
Demonstration of initiative, organization, good judgment and resourcefulness;
Sufficient work experience in a relative capacity.
