Qualifications
o 5
years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
o Knowledge of SAP is a key requirement
o Experience in processing invoices with document imaging system is a plus
o Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
o Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with differing priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy, sense of urgency and customer focus
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
o Ability to follow processes/procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
o Work collaboratively with global teams and across different functions
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
o Ability to follow-up on pending issues
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Responds to requests in a timely manner
Education
Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting , Finance, or related field preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
