Must haves:
oELISA development, validation, and data analysis expertise for multiple matrices including cell and tissue lysate, blood and urine.
oProtein extraction and quantification, RNA and DNA extraction, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and qPCR.
oCell culture, including passaging, freezing down, and performing cellular transfections and other cell-based assays.
oEnzymatic activity assays using cellular or tissue lysates;
oExperience with HPLC, LC-MS/MS, or amino acid analysis;
oCellular imaging using immunofluorescence; confocal microscopy experience.
oPast experience with handling primary cells (rodent and human) as well as induced pluriopotent stem cells (iPSCs).

Education:
Bachelors or Master's degree
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
