Area Manager
Here at Hope House Children's Hospices we are on an exciting journey to increase our annual contribution from our retail business to 1 million a year by 2025, enabling us to reach every child and family who needs us.
Your role as an Area Manager will be to support the Head of Retail in the delivery of our retail strategy, providing effective leadership and taking accountability for the shops in your area, continually evaluating and driving performance, and providing excellence to our customers through retail expertise.
A confident, outgoing and credible communicator, you will demonstrate resilience, commercial acumen, and strong leadership to ensure that the team achieves its annual targets.
Decisive, organised and insight driven, you will be comfortable working to deadlines.
You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and times and be comfortable to travel regularly to deliver your role.
