Strong communication skills Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Work well with a team of crew members Capability to learn skills quickly Possess cleanliness and organizational skills Food service experience is a plus (although not required) Has the ability to lead.
