69 per hour Requirements and Responsibilities - Be at least 16 years old Be able to supervise children Be able to speak and relate to children ages 5-14 years old To have adequate childcare or camp experience To have a current CPR certification To have a current First Aid certification To hold a high school diploma, the equivalent, or be enrolled in pursuit of such.
Be able to work independently and professionally.
Be able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, ideas and concepts to children and adults.
Be creative in the development and implementation of program ideas such as new games and crafts.
Be able to exercise proper judgment when dealing with a group of children.
Be able to effectively work with children one-on-one and in-group situations.
Must be open and receptive to constructive criticism, when it is for the benefit of the program, or the staff member's growth and development.
Can think in the abstract, solve problems, make decisions, instruct, evaluate, supervise and remember information.
Report any suspected cases of abuse and/or neglect to the Child Care Director immediately.
Other duties as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
