30 pm We have a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Assistant in our client's Cheshire, CT location.
This position has become available due to the expansion of their sales department to meet growing demand.
The Inside sales assistant will work within the sales department, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Create and process Sales Orders and Work OrdersHandle invoicing of shipped orders and product returnsAssess product costing and maintain cost/sales price spreadsheetsWorks closely with the Materials group for data collectionComplete necessary reporting, and paperwork, and follow safety proceduresRequirements:
5 years' experience in Inside SalesHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent communication skills requiredProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PC applicationsMust be accurate, energetic, and demonstrate initiativeStrong organizational skills; ability to follow instructions, procedures, and policies
