years of recent Nursing experience at the RN level 2
years of clinical teaching experience, ideally in an academic setting1
year in a management role Current CT State RN License ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clinical sites Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiencesManage faculty sick calls and coverage or make-up as neededEnsure all incoming students meet physical requirements for entry into clinical program Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant partiesAssist with faculty recruitment, orientation, mentoring, professional development, and evaluationManage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill Lab processEnsure Skill Lab objectives are metMaintain the lab setting, supplies, and equipment as needed Full-Time Benefits$3,000 Sign On Bonus!
